Behavioral Innovations Acquired By New York Private Equity Firm 

Developmental therapy provider Behavioral Innovations (BI), which is focused on autism treatment, was acquired from Shore Capital Partners by New York private equity firm Tenex Capital Management. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

BI operates 77 centers across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. It offers early intervention, center-based behavior analysis therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder, and other related developmental disabilities. 

BI was founded in 2000. It had been owned by Shore Capital Partners since 2017. It plans to continue expansion into new geographic regions.
