Oregon’s Washington County Breaks Ground On New Addiction Treatment Center  

Oregon’s Washington County has begun building its Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment (CATT) in Beaverton. The facility is expected to open by late 2025. The CATT will add 86 new treatment beds and associated services for the local community. The facility will include residential treatment, sobering, and withdrawal management. Services at the site will be provided by CODA.  

At present, the county lacks capacity for treating addiction. It has no sobering beds, few residential beds, and no publicly funded detox beds.
