Addus HomeCare Set To Acquire Gentiva’s Personal Care Operations  

Addus HomeCare reached an agreement to acquire the personal care operations of Gentiva for about $350 million. The deal is subject to regulatory approval. ;

Gentiva is a dedicated hospice, palliative, and personal care services company. The acquisition relates only to its personal care operations. Gentiva’s personal care services are offered in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. The unit serves more than 16,000 consumers each day.  

Addus HomeCare is based in Texas. It provides home care services through 214 locations across 22 states.;
