Behavioral Health Technology Company NeuroFlow Acquires Owl 

NeuroFlow, which provides a behavioral health technology platform, acquired Owl, which provides measurement-based care technology focused on behavioral health outcomes. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition, NeuroFlow intends to offer a suite of solutions that extend delivery of feedback-informed care across a variety of health care settings.

This is NeuroFlow's second acquisition of a measurement-based care solution. During 2023, NeuroFlow acquired Capital Solution Design, a measurement-based care solution for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. ;
