Vivent Health/TPAN Collaborating With Northwestern Medicine On HIV Care & Prevention In Chicago Area  

Vivent Health/TPAN is partnering with Illinois-based Northwestern Medicine to improve health outcomes for people with and impacted by HIV. A new Vivent Health/TPAN health center is set to open in fall 2024 in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood.  

The new facility will offer HIV and primary health care, behavioral and mental health, pharmacy, social services and case management, prevention, and food assistance in a single location.
