Washington Children’s Administration Family Support & Related Services DRAFT Request for Proposal

The Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is planning to implement performance based contracting for family support services for children and families at risk of involvement with the child welfare system. DSHS released this draft request for proposals (RFP) to gather stakeholder comments. The final RFP will be released in December 2012. This draft document explains the types of services to be provided and the proposed structure of the performance-based contract.
