Zero Returns To Homelessness Initiative Launches Nationally
The Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) launched the new Zero Returns to Homelessness initiative for people returning to their communities after incarceration. The goal is to ensure that each person in reentry can secure housing, rather than being released from incarceration to homelessness.
