FDA Approval For QbTest A Computerized ADHD Assessment/Diagnostic System

On December 3, 2012, Swedish company Qbtech announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had approved QbTest,the company’s computer- based diagnostic system for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). QbTest provides provides objective and validated decision making support for diagnosis and treatment of ADHD in children, adolescents, and adults. Qbtech believes that QbTest is the first test of its kind to have been cleared by the FDA. QbTest is currently available for lease in the United States. The price varies with patient volume and processes.
