Founded in 1969, START Treatment & Recovery Centers (START) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs that include counseling with medical and behavioral health professionals to treat patients, as well as short-term outpatient detoxification and vocational rehabilitation services.
