Texas Association Of Behavioral Health Systems To Address Difficulties In Access, Funding
The Texas Association of Behavioral Health Systems (TABHS), a new coalition of freestanding behavioral health systems, was recently launched. TABHS aims to serve as a unified voice for the industry, aiding state policymakers in identifying solutions for addressing behavioral health in Texas.;;
TABHS represents more than 65 freestanding behavioral health hospitals in rural and urban communities in Texas. Founding members of TABHS include Acadia Healthcare, Oceans Healthcare, Lifepoint Health, Signature Healthcare Services, SUN Behavioral Health, Summit BHC, Palm Behavioral Health and Universal Health Services (UHS).;;
