Talkiatry Collaborates With Magellan Health To Expand Telepsychiatry Care In California  

Magellan Health is collaborating with Talkiatry to extend telepsychiatry services. Under the agreement, Talkiatry’s telepsychiatry services will be in-network for Magellan Health customers across California. ;

Magellan said the telehealth services would be particularly relevant for consumers in rural California counties, including Shasta,;Lake, and;Humboldt. It noted that virtual care can reduce barriers;to treatment, and ;save consumers time and money. ;

Magellan Health is a unit of Centene. It is focused on special populations, pharmacy benefits, and other specialty areas of health care.; ;
