This document lists the 11 vendors selected by the New York City Administration for Children's Services to participate in the "Close to Home" initiative. The contractors provide strengths-based non-secure residential placement programs for juvenile offenders. The goal is to keep juvenile offenders in their communities, rather than sending them to the state's juvenile detention centers.
