West Virginia To Increase HCBS Provider Waiver Rates

West Virginia’s Bureau for Medical Services (BMS) will increase home- and community-based services (HCBS) waiver provider organization rates by 15% on October 1, 2024. The rate will be set as recommended in a service cost and rate review completed in December 2023.  

In addition, the state will also increase the waiver rate for family support and personal care rates at the same time.
