Omada Health & State Of Alaska Partner To Reach Rural Populations  

Virtual health care provider Omada Health is partnering with Alaska to offer virtual health care for chronic helath conditions to eligible state residents. The care will be provided under Alaska’s Fresh Start campaign.  

The Fresh Start program offers free health programs and resources to eligible residents, including Omada’s Prevention, Hypertension, and Diabetes behavior change programs. The Omada programs available through Fresh Start match residents with a health coach. They are also teamed with a certified diabetes or hypertension specialist, depending on their program. ;
