Louisiana Reentry Demonstration Section 1115 Waiver Application

On August 1, 2024, the Louisiana Department of Health published this Reentry Demonstration Section 1115 waiver application. This demonstration would provide certain services for Medicaid-eligible individuals who are incarcerated during the 90-day pre-release period.
