Zipari’s CX platform provides a suite of consumer experience solutions built for insurers, third-party administrators, and U.S. health care payers. Zipari seeks to help health care organizations drive high-value customer engagement actions while streamlining back-office workflows. MPulse said that combining Zipari’s technology with mPulse strengths in health portal integration, consumer engagement and predictive analytics will offer value to clients.
