Vinfen: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile

Founded in 1977, Vinfen is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides community-based services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental and behavioral health issues. They are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Their mission statement is “Vinfen transforms lives by building the capacity of individuals, families, organizations, and communities to learn, thrive, and achieve their goals. Our services and advocacy promote the recovery, resiliency, habilitation, and self-determination of the people we serve. As a human services leader, we strive to be the provider, employer, and partner of choice.”
