BCBS Of Minnesota Launches Center To Combat Racial & Health Inequities   

Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) of Minnesota recently launched its Center for Racial and Health Equity (CRHE). The CRHE will focus on identifying and reducing systemic inequities and healing as central to community health and well-being. 

It said the CRHE aligns its Racial and Health Equity (RHE) Integration, RHE Policy and Communications, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) teams along with the tobacco settlement funded Center for Prevention. BCBS said combining these efforts under one entity will better advance community-led solutions.
