CareTrust REIT Acquires Four Skilled Nursing Facilities In Mid-Atlantic For $74.7 Million  

CareTrust REIT acquired a four-facility skilled nursing portfolio located in the mid-Atlantic for $74.7 million. It said the group of four facilities has 396 beds. One of the facilities is a skilled nursing and assisted living campus, which includes 47 assisted living units.;

The company said that in connection with the acquisition, it signed a master lease with a skilled nursing operator that operates facilities in several states. The lease has a term of 15 years with two, 5-year extension options. ;
