MTM Acquires Access2Care, Expanding Role In Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Sector  

Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provider;MTM recently acquired Access2Care from Global Medical Response. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ;

MTM said the acquisition strengthens its position in the NEMT sector by adding Access2Care’s network, which includes 1,900 transportation provider partners, 14,000 vehicles, and 1,400 employees. The acquisition expands MTM’s services nationwide and strengthens its capacity to provide NEMT services to Medicaid and Medicare health plans. ;
