Inovalon Launches AI-Powered Converged Record Review To Improve Risk Accuracy Score For Health Plans  

Cloud-based health solution provider Inovalon will soon offer a;new Converged Record Review (CRR) solution. It said the offering, powered by artificial intelligence (AI), is a software-as-a-service solution to help health plans streamline the risk adjustment process. CRR will be available in December 2024. ;

The CRR solution automates the identification of medical records with and without clinical documentation value. Inovalon said this;process reduces unnecessary manual medical record reviews. This can direct resources to better focus on medical records that are likely to have valid diagnosis documentation, boosting accuracy and efficiency. ;
