Health Catalyst, Inc., which provides data and analytics technology and services to health care organizations, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Intraprise Health, LLC, which provides cybersecurity services. The acquisition is valued at $43 million, and is anticipated to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.
