Managed care organization (MCO) CareSource finalized a strategic alliance with Radiant Alliance, a consortium of non-profit health and human services provider organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this alliance, CareSource anticipates that it will have better access to more integrated health care for complex populations, according to Josh Boynton, senior vice president of complex health solutions at CareSource.

Currently, Radiant Alliance includes Genacross Lutheran Services, Metta Healthcare and United Church Homes.
