HHS Health Insurance Marketplace: November 2013 Enrollment Report

November 13, 2012
The federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) reported enrollments for the first month of the open enrollment period for health plans sold through the state and federal health insurance marketplaces. Open enrollment started on October 1, 2013. As of November 2, 2013, 106,185 people had enrolled in Qualified Health Plans (QHP) from the state and federal Marketplaces; and another 396,261 had enrolled in Medicaid.
