Tampa General Hospital Partners With evolvedMD To Integrate Behavioral Health Into Primary Care

Tampa General Hospital (TGH) partnered with evolvedMD to integrate behavioral health services into primary care settings. EvolvedMD provides psychiatric collaborative care management by licensed mental health professionals. Tampa General will embed evolvedMD behavioral health professionals (licensed social workers and counselors) within select Tampa General Medical Group (TGMG) primary care locations. The goal is to make behavioral health services more convenient and accessible.

TGMG began rolling out its expanded behavioral health program to select offices in October 2024, beginning in the TGMG primary care office at the TGH Diagnostic Center in St. Petersburg. Planned to cover Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties . . .
