Inperium Finalizes Affiliation With Resources For Human Development

Inperium, Inc. and its affiliates, a non-profit human services network, closed a previously disclosed affiliation with Resources for Human Development (RHD), a multi-state non-profit organization that provides behavioral health and social support services. The consolidated enterprise will have operations across 19 states and annualized revenues approximating $800 million.

With the affiliation, Inperium and RHD will combine their administrative operations to generate economies of scale and enhance overall performance. Inperium will deliver services to enhance RHD’s operational and financial performance.
