Otterbein Senior Life Acquires SpringMeade Health Center From Premier Health

Otterbein SeniorLife acquired SpringMeade Health Center and Residences from Premier Health and Upper Valley Medical Center. The facility will be rebranded as Otterbein Tipp City SeniorLife Community. Financial terms were not disclosed. The facility was appraised at $4.9 million.

Otterbein SeniorLife has operated the SpringMeade facility since January 2024. Otterbein now includes 10 full-service senior care communities, nine skilled nursing and rehabilitation neighborhoods, three home health and hospice care agencies, adult day services, and a staffing organization located throughout Ohio and in Franklin, Indiana.
