Cortland County, New York Receives $3.5 Million Grant For Youth Mental Health Initiative
Cortland County is launching the Integrated System of Care Expansion Initiative, a four-year project aimed at improving mental health services for youth aged 12 to 18 years, particularly those at risk for Serious Emotional Disturbances (SED). Funded by a $3.5 million grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the initiative will enhance access to care, reduce mental health crises, and build a stronger support system for families.
