On October 28, 2024, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services published these rates for adult long-term residential services as of July 1, 2024. Payment rates are for adult long-term residential (ALTR) services purchased by a governmental unit including, but not limited to, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB), and the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC).
