New PTSD Recovery Program Launches In Charleston, South Carolina

St. Timothy’s Anglican Catholic Church in Charleston, South Carolina is offering a free recovery program for people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The course, Deep Recovery Program, is funded by the church and an anonymous donor. The program has 12 spots, and each participant will receive a workbook. The sessions will be led by a trained facilitator.

The Deep Recovery Program launched January 9, 2025, and will run for 12 weeks. The course materials are primarily aimed at veterans, but can also benefit other professionals who experience PTSD, such as police, firefighters, nurses, physicians, and emergency medical technicians . . .
