New Hampshire Attorney General Approves HCA Purchase Of Catholic Medical Center

Catholic Medical Center (CMC) announced that the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office granted approval for CMC to be acquired by HCA Healthcare. Financial terms have not been disclosed. After joining HCA Healthcare, CMC anticipates expanding and growing its services in New Hampshire.
