Sonida Senior Living Acquires 82-Unit Assisted Living Community In Ohio For $16 Million

Sonida Senior Living, Inc. (Sonida) acquired an 82-unit senior living community located in Cincinnati, Ohio for $16.3 million. The community, Airy Hills at North Bend Crossing, features 50 assisted living and 32 memory care units. The community was built in 2022, but it never opened due to foreclosure on the construction borrower.

The community is directly adjacent to Sonida’s existing Wellington at North Bend Crossing community (Wellington), a highly occupied and high-performing asset. Together the two communities will have 203 units and will provide a full continuum of care and broader range of services to residents . . .
