InTandem Acquires Revenue Cycle Vendor Manager Healthfuse

InTandem Capital Partners, LLC (InTandem), a private equity firm focused on health care services, acquired Healthfuse, which provides revenue cycle vendor management software. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Healthfuse combines proprietary technology, analytics, and research to improve vendor performance, optimize collections and reduce costs for its health care organization clients. It delivers proprietary, data-driven insights and a client services team to a network of more than 350 hospitals nationwide. The company was founded in 2011. Nick Fricano, Co-Founder and CEO of Healthfuse will remain with the company.
