BrightSpring To Sell ResCare Community Living Business To Sevita Health For $835 Million

BrightSpring Health Services, Inc. entered a definitive agreement to sell ResCare Community Living, its disability support business, to Sevita Health for $835 million. Sevita provides home and community-based specialty health care for individuals with complex care needs.
