The Virginia Permanent Injunction

On January 15, 2025, the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division published this order of permanent injunction in the case of U.S. v. Virginia. The permanent injunction will terminate and replace a previous settlement agreement and minimize the need for active court oversight.
