Mental Health America Accepting 2025 Applications For ‘Bell Seal For Workplace Mental Health’ Program

Mental Health America (MHA) is accepting applications for its 2025 Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health certification program for employers to demonstrate workplace support for employee wellness. Applications close on April 4, 2025. To earn the Bell Seal, employers are evaluated on four components: culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness. MHA’s Bell Seal certification has four tiers: bronze, silver, gold, and platinum.

To ensure the program remains comprehensive and reflective of the latest research and employer feedback, the updated 2025 Bell Seal criteria includes the following new topics:

Recovery-ready practices
