ONELIFE Senior Living, which develops and operates senior housing, acquired The Woodlake Senior Living, a 137-unit assisted living and memory care community in Sacramento, California. The acquisition closed on December 16, 2024. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The Woodlake Senior Living community provides Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
