New Behavioral Health Urgent Care Opens In Harnett County, North Carolina

A new behavioral health urgent care (BHUC) center opened in Harnett County, North Carolina. The center is operated by a partnership among Alliance Health, Daymark Recovery Services, Good Hope Hospital Inc., and Harnett County Government. The goal is to improve on-demand access to behavioral health care in the county as well as strengthening existing services.

The BHUC provides 24/7/365 walk-in, crisis-focused services. Each encounter starts with rapid assessment, followed by medical screening, care and treatment, and referrals to follow-up services.
