Embark Supported Employment in Superior, Wisconsin, acquired Twin Ports Guardianship. Both organizations provide services and supports to adults with disabilities. The deal closed on January 1, 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Twin Ports Guardianship was founded in the 1990s as a non-profit organization. It provides corporate guardianship, representative payee services, and geriatric case management for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), physical disabilities, dementia, and mental illness.
