Pennsylvania Task Force on Child Protection: Proposed Recommendations

The Pennsylvania Task Force on Child Protection was appointed to review state laws and procedures governing child protection and the reporting of child abuse and to recommend changes to strengthen the existing laws. Its recommendations call for what the state to redefine and clarify what constitutes child abuse itself, and expand the list of individuals and professionals who are mandated reporters.
