The Plano Independent School District issued a single RFP seeking vendors to provide EAP services, voluntary dental insurance, and/or flexible spending account administration services. Vendors could bid on one, two, or all three contracts. For the EAP contract, the district sought information about the areas of counseling the vendor was prepared to offer, such as financial issues or legal problems, and whether the EAP included work-life management services or referral programs. Proposals were due January 17, 2013.
