On December 12, 2012, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Between CMS and Ohio as part of the Medicare-Medicaid Capitated Financial Alignment Demonstration project. The MOU details the program design and operational plan, including contracting process, delivery systems and benefits, quality management, financing and payment, and evaluation.
