Generative AI Health Care Platform Abridge Raises $250 Million Series D Investment

Abridge, which provides a generative artificial intelligence (AI) platform for health care settings, raised a $250 million Series D investment. The company intends to use the funding to further develop its AI capabilities to streamline clinical and financial workflows at the point of care, and to support commercial growth. In the same announcement, Abridge said it had deployed the platform in more than 100 health systems, including newly announced Akron Children’s, Endeavor Health, Inova, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Oak Street Health, a CVS Health company.
