ABLE, Inc. in Dickinson, North Dakota purchased three apartment buildings from Sullivan Companies to use as housing for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). ABLE had already been using two of the buildings to provide I/DD housing to its consumers. The purchase took place on March 1, 2025. The transaction details were not disclosed.
