Princess Little brings over 20 years of experience in health plan operations, health care strategy, product monetization, and operational efficiency to the OPEN MINDS team. Her expertise includes developing new health care solutions, designing customer-centric digital experiences, implementing health care compliance initiatives, strategic partnerships and vendor management, and streamlining clinical workflows.
In addition to her work with OPEN MINDS, Ms. Little is currently the Director of Health and Welfare for Marriott International.
Previously, Ms. Little served as Director of Product Strategy at Evernorth, where she spearheaded monetization strategy for a behavioral health product suite, introducing new revenue streams through pricing model innovation and tiered offerings. She also launched innovative health solutions, diversifying offerings and expanding into untapped customer segments, and optimized product roadmaps, resulting in $800 million in revenue growth.
In this role, she boosted in-market growth and brand awareness across Cigna and Evernorth distribution channels by analyzing customer feedback and identifying market gaps to build long-term product roadmaps and digital strategy. She also bolstered sales and go-to-market strategy by facilitating in-depth product training with Cigna sales representatives.
Before this role, Ms. Little was Marketing Product Manager at Cigna Healthcare. There, she championed the integration of behavioral health services into core product offerings, increasing revenue and driving investment in mental health services. She designed and executed Cigna’s telehealth strategy and conducted competitive market analyses to refine pricing and positioning strategies for behavioral health services.
Ms. Little also served as Business Project Director at Cigna Healthcare. In this role, she led an initiative to roll out a new coaching platform from concept to launch, providing new features for medical and behavioral health coaching services. As part of this work, she led the development and execution of communications strategies, training programs, and change management plans.
Ms. Little is a licensed clinical worker and continues to practice as a Crisis Intervention Specialist with Life Bridge Health, allowing her to stay close to patient experience and mental health needs.
Ms. Little earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro, and her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University.
