Waymark Announces Partnership With Sentara Health Plans To Improve Medicaid Care Delivery In Virginia

Waymark and Sentara Health Plans (Sentara) entered into a value-based partnership to improve Medicaid care delivery in Virginia. The collaboration will initially leverage Waymark’s data science technologies and community-based care teams to improve outcomes for Sentara Health Plan Medicaid members. Initially, the partnership will focus on the Hampton Roads and Richmond areas. Later, Waymark and Sentara plan to expand to additional regions across Virginia.
