Renown Health Crisis Care Center In Nevada Suspends Operations Due To Loss Of Federal Grant Funds

Renown Health, a locally governed, not-for-profit, integrated health care network in Nevada suspended services at its newly opened Renown Crisis Care Center in Reno. The closure notice said the center lost federal grant funds needed for operations. Renown Health is working with representatives on the federal, state, and local level on alternative funding sources with the goal of resuming operations when sustainable funding is identified.
