Oregon-Based Medical Group, Northwest Permanente, Affiliates With The Permanente Medical Group Of Northern California

Oregon-based Northwest Permanente (NWP) and The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG) of Northern California entered a formal affiliation. Both groups are physician-led, independent Permanente Medical Groups who partner exclusively with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan to provide care for Kaiser Permanente members in Oregon, southwest Washington, and Northern California. NWP and TPMG intend to collaborate clinically and share innovations. Financial terms of the affiliation were not disclosed. The affiliation transaction was approved by the Oregon Health Authority's Healthcare Market Oversight Program on April 11, 2025.
