Care Options for Kids (COFK), which provides pediatric home health services, rebranded to unify what had been 14 operating entities under a cohesive national brand. As part of the rebranding, COFK launched a digital platform and a “patient-first” approach. The organization and its subsidiaries serve more than 28,000 children nationwide.
