NextGen Healthcare Welcomes Madison Dearborn Partners As New Investment Partner With Significant Ownership Stake

Private equity investment firm Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC (MDP) completed its previously announced acquisition of an ownership stake in NextGen Healthcare, which provides cloud-based health care technology solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm that acquired NextGen Healthcare in 2023, retains a significant ownership position in NextGen Healthcare.
